The individual must be interested in being part of a dynamic team that cares for a profoundly beautiful and expanding retirement community consisting of the finest local independent and assisted living and skilled nursing facilities around. To be considered for this position, the individual must be experienced in supervising an apartment-type facility maintenance team of 11 technicians. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, equipment diagnostic testing and repair. They will inspect and maintain assigned areas, effectively troubleshoot and communicate issues, adjust and repair failures, while ensuring maximum equipment efficiency and effectiveness. All tasks will be safely performed by adhering to Federal, State, and local guidelines, while achieving the goals and objectives of our healthcare system.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a bachelor's degree A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a combination of one or more areas of electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical systems. Must have a minimum of six (6) years' leadership experience and have advanced computer skills. The position is full-time, but shift hours may vary. The individual will be required to attend a Health System and a departmental-specific orientation preceded by a background check and drug screening.
