Job Description

Belmont Medical Technologies is an exciting Medical Technology company that develops reliable fluid management, temperature management, and critical care medical devices for global use in medical facilities, military combat fields, and EMS settings. The company provides innovative products with unique features that have the capability to save thousands of lives.
Facilities Manager:
core responsibilities Manufacturing & Lab Operations Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO-classified cleanroom environments. Manage high-purity water, gas delivery, compressed air, and specialized ventilation systems. Support equipment calibration, validation schedules, and asset lifecycle tracking. Partner with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) to manage hazardous waste disposal. Corporate Office & Workplace Services Oversee day-to-day office operations, including cleaning and security. Plan and execute workspace layouts, office seating charts, and internal moves. Manage corporate amenities, kitchen services, and office equipment maintenance. Vendor & Contract Management Negotiate and manage service level agreements (SLAs) with external contractors. Supervise third-party technicians for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and janitorial services. Review contractor performance and ensure compliance with site safety rules. Financial & Administrative Control Track the annual facilities operational budget (OpEx) for all designated zones. Identify cost-saving opportunities through energy efficiency and preventative maintenance. Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders. Safety Officer Protect employees, contractors, the environment, and facility operations by establishing and maintaining the site's EHS management system; identifying and controlling workplace risks; ensuring regulatory compliance; providing EHS technical oversight for facility and process changes; maintaining emergency preparedness; investigating incidents; and driving continuous improvement in safety performance.
Requirements & Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Facility Management, or equivalent technical experience.
Experience:
5+ years in facility operations, with at least 2 years in life sciences or manufacturing with a cleanroom.
Compliance Knowledge:
Direct experience with OSHA, EPA, FDA, GMP, and local building codes.
Certifications:
IFMA Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or ProFM credentials desired.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift, push, pull and move equipment sometimes weighing in excess of 50 pounds. $105,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
