Skilled Nursing Facility Salary:

$150,000 per year We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the nursing department at our skilled nursing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about resident care, regulatory compliance, staff development, and quality outcomes. The Director of Nursing will oversee nursing operations, support department leaders, and help drive continued clinical excellence throughout the organization.
