Facilities Technician (Mid Level) Marlborough
MA 01752
Shift:
7AM-3:30PM Top 3 must haves: 1. "Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a maintenance technician or skilled trade within a manufacturing or industrial environment. 2. Basic knowledge in two of the following areas: electrical, plumbing/pipefitting, wastewater operations, HVAC-R, boilers/steam systems, RODI/WFI systems, autoclaves, Building Management Systems, Pumps. 3. Respond to emergencies, participating in the rotating on-call program
What You'll Do:
Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility MEP systems, including electrical distribution, HVAC, plumbing, boilers, compressors, pumps, and utility systems, within a laboratory facility environment. Perform routine inspections and identify maintenance or repair needs. Documenting all work activities in the CMMS. Respond to equipment alarms, breakdowns, and facility emergencies to restore safe operation.
Who You Are:
High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 5 years of experience as a facilities or skilled trades maintenance technician in a manufacturing or laboratory environment. Working knowledge in at least two of the following: electrical systems, HVAC?R, plumbing/pipefitting, boilers/steam systems, wastewater systems, pumps, controls, or
RODI/WFI.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Client experience, preferably Metasys Laboratory facility experience.
