Position Overview:
We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our team. This position is a hands-on support role responsible for assisting with warehouse tasks and field work. This is an active, hands-on role with responsibilities that may change daily based on business needs. This role is intentionally broad and requires flexibility, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
Core Responsibilities:
? Receive, organize, and stage inventory ? Pick, pack, and prepare orders for contractors and customers ? Load, unload, lift, and move materials weighing 25-100+ lbs. ? Assist with deliveries and local drop-offs ? Product installations, troubleshooting, malfunctions, and maintaining lighting systems by providing basic maintenance and repairs ? Operate vehicles to transport materials, equipment, or replacement parts to the job sites.
Qualifications & Requirements:
? Self-motivated, team player with excellent time management ? Ability to serve clients and enhance customer experience ? Focused on Safety. Ability to work in safe and efficient manner. ? Available to periodically work early morning/nights (assessing lights in dark) and weekends. This is prescheduled work and not ?emergency or on call? work. ? Valid driver?s license and a good driving record a must. ? Ability to commute to Lynn and or North Reading
EXPERIENCE
The knowledge of and/or ability to learn to use materials, methods/principles, and tools specific to the needs of the trade. Ability to read and interpret drawings and maps Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions. Training will be provided in lighting installation, maintenance, and/or facility upkeep/care.
Work Environment & Expectations:
This is a full-time in person position. It is an active, hands-on role with responsibilities that may change daily.
