We service a wide variety of markets and geographic areas and, through continuous quality improvement, strive to maintain world-class leadership in all aspects of our business. Thermal Circuits Inc. is currently looking for highly motivated candidates to join our Engineering team. The Manufacturing and Facility Manager will oversee the work of the Manufacturing Engineers to support new product development, research and development, design for manufacturability, as well as everyday projects pertaining to the facility and equipment. Applicants should be goal oriented problem solvers with strong verbal and written communication skills. This exciting opportunity will allow candidates to use their talent, creativity, and engineering background to accomplish product and process development, in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Improve Manufacturability of existing and new designs Perform hands on validation of conceptual and prototype designs. Support the Production floor using innovative problem-solving techniques. Develop timely product designs to achieve improved customer satisfaction. Support the business with equipment and facility repairs, diagnostics, and equipment improvements

Requirements:

Proficient with Microsoft Windows' based computer software AutoCAD/SolidWorks experience is preferred Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred Experience with PLCs, programming, factory equipment is preferred Experience with pumps, motors, electrical schematics and wiring is preferred Experience with management and supervision is preferred This is a full-time position that includes vacation and sick time, 401K with company match, and health insurance.
