Facilities Manager for Parish (EX) Our Lady of Hope Church - 5.0 Dundalk, MD Job Details $62,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Paid holidays Disability insurance Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 403(b) Qualifications High school diploma or GED Driver's License Project management in construction Full Job Description Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, located in Dundalk, MD seeks candidates for a Facilities Manager . The Facilities Manager will manage all aspects of facilities and maintenance for the Parish complex. They will also supervise maintenance and facilities staff as assigned. The Facilities Manager reports to the Pastor and Business Manager. Moreover, the Facilities Manager will oversee resources to ensure smooth efficient operations of the Parish 365 days per year/24 hours per day. Essential Functions Manage daily operations related to all facilities, buildings, grounds, and maintenance. Assist Director of Facilities with project management for renovations and construction projects. Ensure compliance with all aspects of preventative maintenance. Directly supervise maintenance workers. Coordinate work schedules to control costs. Position Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. 5 years' experience in Construction Management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of, and ability to support the mission of the Catholic Church and Catholic education. Must possess valid driver's license with no more than three current points. Ability to move furniture, equipment and other materials weighing up to and in excess of 100 lbs. Practicing Catholic preferred.
