Job Description

Facilities Project Coordinator Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Facilities Project Coordinator positions in Frederick, MD. This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a Facilities Project Coordinator, while learning new ones to assist you in your career. Responsibilities:
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective work orders using CMMS (Blue Mountain RAM) to support facility and utility equipment
  • Administer CMMS, manage work order backlog, and maintain PM compliance metrics while ensuring data integrity and GMP compliance
  • Author and manage GMP documentation including SOPs, MOPs, Change Controls, CAPAs, and audit records
  • Coordinate contractors, service agreements, and maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and minimize production disruption
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of facilities planning, maintenance coordination, or CMMS experience, including 5+ years in a GMP-regulated environment (biotech, pharma, or life sciences)
  • Strong CMMS experience (Blue Mountain RAM, Maximo, SAP PM, eMaint) and demonstrated experience with GMP documentation (SOPs, CAPAs, Change Controls)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups), and proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Working knowledge of FDA cGMP, ISO, and EH&S standards with strong communication and multitasking abilities

    Pay Details:
