Join our team and discover why we are a top veteran employer and Certified Great Place to Work™ ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics, LLC, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a Facilities Specialist to support a prime program at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD. The shift for this position is 7am-3pm.
Position Summary:
- Primarily responsible for overseeing the daily operation and maintenance of buildings and chillers at NASA Goddard for the ROME contract. Position reports directly to the Mission Operations Manager; functions independently with management direction and review.
Major Job Activities:
- + Prepares daily report for center.
Material & Equipment Directly Used:
- + Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
Working Environment/Physical Activities:
- + Work is generally conducted in an office environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- + Maryland 3 rd Class Stationary Engineers license or associate degree in technical field
Minimum Qualifications:
- + Five (5) years' experience in developing Emergency and trouble call procedures and response plans.
- Specialized areas of performance:
- + Experience with Maximo or similar computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) + Experience with NCC/Siemens fire alarm systems.
