Manage facility construction and building-services projects from initiation through closeout, including field coordination, safety, quality, schedule, and subcontractors. Duties and Responsibilities Plan and manage facility-related projects, including infrastructure, renovations, relocations, occupancy, workplace modernization, and closeout. Develop and maintain schedules, milestones, dependencies, action logs, budgets, estimates, and project documentation. Coordinate scientific, administrative, facilities, architecture/engineering, IT, vendor, and other stakeholders; facilitate and document meetings. Monitor project status, resources, risks, issues, scope, schedule, cost, quality, and performance; recommend mitigation and corrective action. Provide technical support for laboratory, clinical, animal research, data center, office, and other mission-critical environments while maintaining operational continuity. Prepare status reports, risk registers, change records, technical analyses, executive briefings, presentations, data-call responses, and closeout reports. Support CAD drawings, space planning studies, relocation plans, customer engagement, and decision-support products as assigned. Ensure deliverables are accurate, timely, professional, current, and compliant with Government requirements and applicable federal facility practices. Coordinate onsite execution, subcontractors, superintendents, safety personnel, project managers, and Government stakeholders. Conduct job-site meetings and inspections and monitor milestones, scope, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an accepted combination of directly relevant education and experience consistent with the contractual labor category. Minimum 11-13 years of related experience supporting a variety of projects, appropriate to the assigned PM level. Experience with facility infrastructure and building systems and with laboratory, clinical, animal research, data center, administrative, or comparable environments. Demonstrated project scheduling, risk management, stakeholder coordination, customer-service, written communication, and executive-presentation skills. Ability to obtain and maintain required Government credentials and facility access. Preferred Qualifications BS in Criminal Justice or related construction, business, engineering, or management field. Extensive Government construction project-management and operations experience. Knowledge of OSHA practices, subcontractor coordination, quality control, building services, warehouse, and mechanical operations.
