Key Responsibilities Leadership:

Financials & Systems:
Oversee practice KPIs, P&Ls, FFS/out-of-network workflows, Open Dental, and Mango Voice.
Operations & Move:
Drive front-office efficiency and lead operational alignment for our upcoming facility move.
Digital Brand:
Maintain our professional online presence, social media posts, and community reputation. What We're Looking For 7+ years of dental office management experience (multi-provider preferred). Deep understanding of Open Dental and out-of-network/FFS financials. Proactive, detail-oriented go-getter with strong problem-solving skills. Discreet, highly trustworthy, and comfortable handling confidential information. Skilled in social media management and upholding a polished online image.
