    $94,860
  • $122,760 Job Description In this operational leadership role, you'll oversee and optimize facilities and engineering services to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant performance across all systems and teams.
You'll manage everything from mechanical systems and maintenance workflows to budgeting, safety programs, and client relationships, all while developing staff and driving continuous improvement in service delivery. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Take ownership of complex building systems and maintenance programs that keep operations running smoothly. Build and lead a high-performing team with a strong focus on safety, training, and development. Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver reliable, responsive, and technical solutions. Gain experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and service contracts in a dynamic environment. Use data and CMMS tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Play a key role in ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality assurance protocols. Be part of a mission-driven organization where your leadership directly impacts people, performance, and facilities uptime.
Qualifications Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Management Experience:
3 years
Related Experience:
3-5 years Proven experience managing facilities, mechanical systems, or engineering operations in a complex environment. Technical skills combined with financial acumen to support budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage frontline teams, vendors, and client stakeholders. Hands-on knowledge of CMMS/work order systems and experience driving operational improvements through data and reporting. A proactive, safety-first mindset with the skillset to coordinate multiple projects while ensuring compliance and service excellence.
