7:30am- 4:30pm, Monday
Friday Salary Range:
$94,860- $122,760 Job Description In this operational leadership role, you'll oversee and optimize facilities and engineering services to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant performance across all systems and teams.
Qualifications Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceManagement Experience:
3 yearsRelated Experience:
3-5 years Proven experience managing facilities, mechanical systems, or engineering operations in a complex environment. Technical skills combined with financial acumen to support budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage frontline teams, vendors, and client stakeholders. Hands-on knowledge of CMMS/work order systems and experience driving operational improvements through data and reporting. A proactive, safety-first mindset with the skillset to coordinate multiple projects while ensuring compliance and service excellence.
