00 per hour Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. Our client, a global professional services organization is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Walkersville, Maryland.

About the job:

Provide facilities coordination and administrative support for a busy client-facing environment Assist the Facility Management team with tactical planning, operational support, and project-related activities Manage facility-related administrative tasks, maintenance scheduling, and day-to-day facility monitoring Coordinate special events, conference room reservations, and meeting support Serve as a point of contact for clients, visitors, guests, vendors, and service providers Support vendor coordination and ensure work is completed with minimal disruption to operations Monitor facility operations and provide timely customer follow-up About you: High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of facility or property administration experience Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment About the position:
