Skilled Nursing Facility Regional Director of Operations Job Summary Executive Search Network/Platinum Staffing is seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to serve as the Regional Director of Operations for five Skilled Nursing Facilities in Portland, Maine. As a key member of our executive team, you will report directly to the CEO and oversee the daily operations of our facilities. Responsibilities Oversee the management of facility administrators and department heads, focusing on census, revenue enhancement, quality mix, and contract labor reduction Develop and implement strategic plans to increase operational efficiency and improve facility performance Build and maintain relationships with feeder hospitals, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders Recruit, hire, and terminate employees as necessary, with a focus on fostering a positive and productive work environment Oversee overall personnel management, including restructuring departments as needed Ensure compliance with MaineCare and PDPM regulations Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business administration) Minimum 2 years of experience in nursing home management or a related field Proven track record of success in operations management, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and patient care Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of over 700 employees "Take charge" attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Familiarity with MaineCare and PDPM regulations a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly rate of $47/hour Opportunity to join a fast-growing company with a strong reputation for excellence Chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and employees Potential for career advancement and professional growth How to Apply If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, please apply for this exceptional opportunity.
