As a Facilities Manager at JLL, you'll serve as a strategic operational leader and the primary client interface for facility services across assigned properties. This role combines executive-level partnership with hands-on operational excellence-you'll work directly with Regional Operations Leadership and Executive Account Directors to shape the overall facilities vision while ensuring flawless daily execution across multiple sites. You'll drive continuous improvement through innovative operational practices, leverage JLL's global tools and best practices, and build strong relationships with client operations teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. This position requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, manage complex budgets and vendor relationships, and serve as an ambassador for JLL's core values of Teamwork, Ethics, and Excellence while delivering measurable cost savings and operational performance improvements. What your day-to-day will look like:

Work in conjunction with the Regional Operations Lead and the Executive Account Director to develop and execute overall vision of facilities team.

Assist in the strategic direction for operations and maintenance team in alignment with client goals.

Ensure all Client and JLL safety procedures are followed. Assist in development of training programs to increase team technical capabilities.

Oversee the operational aspects of the properties in a manner which protects, maintains, and improves thevalue of the client's sites.

Inspect sites routinely to guarantee that building services and workplace services are at the highest level of quality standards. Monitor and review preventive maintenance programs.

Drive continuous improvement in all site performance.

Manage third-party contractors / vendors engaged in operating and maintaining properties.

Work with Regional Operations Lead and Sourcing Manager to bid and contract for scheduled and operational maintenance and project services.

Supervise delivery of moves, adds, and changes as well as support associated client-projects of FF&E procurement and capital projects, as required.

Transform existing operational practices to leverage JLL tools, processes, relationships, best practices to ensure service delivery is highly efficient and effective.

Maintain Sites using Service Level Agreements and key performance indicators.

Assist in site incident investigation, utilize structure problem solving to identify root cause of failures.

Develop and maintain positive relationship with Client OpCo Managers and Operations teams.

Primary interface with client representatives.

Collaborate to determine client expectations.

Ensures delivery of committed services and overall satisfaction with JLL performance.

Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness, and creativity in finding solutions for service delivery.
