ABOUT US
Traverse Neuro Rehab provides individualized care for adults living with traumatic brain injuries and developmental disabilities. Our mission is to empower clients through structured routines in an environment that promotes dignity and independence. We're growing—and we're looking for a confident, compassionate, and organized Home Manager to lead our daily care operations and build a strong, reliable care team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Home Manager, you'll oversee training, staff compliance, client and staff communication, ensure all documentation is complete along with a clean and safe home environment. You'll ensure shifts are covered and regulatory standards are upheld. You'll also support crisis management and the smooth delivery of care services across all residential programs. In addition, you must be comfortable providing direct client care when needed, such as filling in during staff absences or supporting hands-on care to maintain continuity and quality of services. You will report directly to our Director and work closely with our Clinical Director to align staff actions with each resident's individualized care plan.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manage scheduling and ensure all shifts are staffed Train and supervise caregivers, drivers, and maintenance staff Be on-call for emergencies and cover shifts when needed Maintain client and employee records; ensure accurate daily documentation Oversee incident reporting and licensing compliance Foster a positive work environment and promote staff morale Serve as liaison to guardians, case managers, and external agencies Monitor supply purchasing (food, medical, cleaning) and transportation logistics
