Warren, MI Job Details Part-time $15 an hour 6 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Payment processing Maintenance work Attention to detail Waste collection Restroom cleaning Full Job Description Position Overview The Evening Facility Attendant position is responsible for overseeing the 2SP Fieldhouse during late-night facility rentals and ensuring the building is properly secured and ready for the next day. This role is designed for nights when groups are utilizing the facility during later hours and requires someone who is dependable, responsible, and comfortable working independently.

Primary Responsibilities Collect Payments:

Collect any outstanding payments from groups utilizing the facility during late-night hours and make sure payments are properly accounted for.

Facility Oversight:

Be present and available while scheduled groups are using the facility.

Closing & Lock-Up:

Complete the closing process after the final group leaves, including checking the facility and properly locking and securing the building.

Trash Maintenance:

Check facility trash and empty or replace trash bags when needed.

Bathroom Maintenance:

Check bathrooms throughout or at the conclusion of the shift and address basic cleaning or maintenance needs when necessary.

Facility Check:

Make sure fields, common areas, entrances, bathrooms, and other utilized areas are left in appropriate condition before leaving.

Report Issues:

Communicate any facility damage, payment issues, unusual incidents, or other concerns to management. Scheduling This position does not have a set number of weekly hours. Scheduling will depend on facility rentals, late-night usage, and overall staffing needs. Some weeks may require more coverage than others, and scheduled hours may change throughout the year depending on the Fieldhouse schedule. Expectations The Evening Facility Attendant is expected to be reliable and on time, communicate effectively with management, handle interactions with customers professionally, and take responsibility for making sure the facility is properly closed and secured at the end of the night. Because this employee may be the final staff member in the building, dependability and attention to detail are extremely important to the position.

Pay:
