This position leads a dedicated management team that includes: Director of Nursing Human Resources Director Activity Director/Social Services Designee Dietary Manager Environmental Services Supervisor Together, this team supports approximately 60-70 employees who are committed to enriching the lives of the residents we serve. What You'll Do Lead day-to-day facility operations and strategic initiatives. Ensure high-quality, resident-centered care and positive resident outcomes. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Oversee budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency. Recruit, develop, and support a high-performing leadership team and workforce. Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement. Respond effectively to emergencies and operational challenges. Implement policies, procedures, and initiatives that strengthen organizational performance.
