You build strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams The Role We're looking for a strategic and detail-oriented professional to join our Enterprise Resources team. In this role, you'll support the planning, coordination, and day-to-day management of facilities across all locations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment and is known for strong project management and stakeholder communication. What You'll Do Support the development and execution of short- and long-term facilities strategies, including space planning Act as the primary point of contact for all facility-related requests, issues, and communications Manage lease administration, including renewals, amendments, and compliance tracking Coordinate office buildouts, renovations, and relocations from planning through completion Oversee maintenance, repairs, and day-to-day facility operations across all locations Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs Partner with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure high-quality execution Track facilities budgets, expenses, and support cost management efforts Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and risk management standards Support emergency preparedness and incident response planning What You Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in facilities management, operations, or related field 6-8 years of progressive experience in facilities or operations management Experience with lease administration, buildouts, and capital projects Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Must be authorized to work in the United States Successful completion of a credit and criminal background check is required Compensation & Benefits The estimated base salary range for this role is $114,000 - $157,000 per year. Compensation is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. Many roles are also eligible for variable pay such as bonuses, commissions, and/or long-term incentives.
