Job Description
The Assistant Facility Manager supports the Facility Manager in the safe, efficient, reliable and professional operation of the Church of St. Odilia parish and school campus. This is a hands-on facilities position combining building maintenance, facility inspections, preventive maintenance, event setup and tear-down, service-request/work-ticket completion, custodial and grounds support, safety and security responsibilities, contractor coordination, building systems monitoring and general facility operations. The Assistant Facility Manager is expected to perform many of the day-to-day operational responsibilities of the Facility Manager under the Facility Manager's direction, including maintenance, service requests, event setups and tear-downs, building operations, emergency response, security, contractor coordination and general campus support. The position serves as an important second level of facility support and is expected to help maintain continuity of facility operations when the Facility Manager is unavailable.
