Job Description
- Job Title: Facilities Technician - Up to $28/hr
- Job Description
- A medical manufacturer is seeking a Facilities Technician to support their headquarters and additional sites in St. Paul and Arden Hills. The role involves maintaining and repairing facilities, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Responsibilities
- + Repair sheetrock, perform drywall patching and taping, and painting.
+ Assist with general carpentry tasks, plumbing, and garage door repairs.
+ Change HVAC filters and perform general plumbing duties along with minor electrical repairs.
+ Manage incoming work orders and execute routine preventative maintenance tasks.
+ Provide customer service, coordinate with vendors, and act as a liaison for subcontractors when needed.
- Essential Skills
- + Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or carpentry-related tasks. + Ability to document preventative maintenance tasks and coordinate with vendors. + Customer service skills.
- Additional Skills & Qualifications
- + Experience with plumbing, HVAC, and repairing doors and garage doors.

- Work Environment
- This role operates on a 2nd shift schedule, Monday to Friday from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm, and involves roving between St. Paul and Arden Hills locations. The maintenance team comprises six members, but the role is fairly independent. There may be rare on-call rotations in the future.

- This is a Permanent position based out of Saint Paul, MN.
- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $28.
00 - $29.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
