This hybrid role involves transporting HVAC equipment and materials to job sites and assisting in our Warehouse and shop when not driving with duties being order handling, general maintenance, and organization. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Candidates MUST hold and/or be willing and able to obtain a valid DOT Medical Card.
Key Responsibilities:
Logistics:
  • Safely operate company vehicles to deliver HVAC equipment, tools, and materials to various job sites.
  • Load and unload delivery items, ensuring proper handling and securing of materials.
  • Maintain delivery schedules and communicate delays or issues with supervisors.
  • Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle(s), reporting any maintenance needs or damage.
  • Ensure all delivery documentation (invoices, delivery logs) is completed accurately.
Facilities:
  • Support warehouse operations when not performing deliveries or field work.
  • Shipping and Receiving
  • General Equipment maintenance and/or coordinating third party repairs
  • Help transport and position HVAC units, ductwork, and other heavy materials.
  • Keep tools and workspaces clean and organized.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies while on-site.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Valid DOT Medical Card. CDL a plus Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in various weather conditions. Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions. Strong time-management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Minimum Education Required High school diploma or GED Minimum Experience Required 2 - 4 years
Pay:
$20.00 - $26.50 per hour
