Hourly Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Coordinator is responsible for performing routine duties related to the maintenance of the Club's three traditional facilities and maintenance of the vehicle fleet. The Facilities Coordinator will perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems. Candidates must have satisfactory driving record and a valid driver's license for operation of a motor vehicle relevant to carrying out duties. Individuals must have insurability and be at least 21 years old .
Key Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Current Class E Drivers Licence or CDL with endorsements preferred. Knowledge of general carpentry and repair. Ability to use hand tools and power tools. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Computer literacy, database management and familiarity with Google Suite. Demonstrated ability to take direction and to execute goals. Demonstrated ability to both execute tasks individually and work with the Facilities Manager to ensure the safety of the Club.
Core Responsibilities:
Coordinate system repairs and maintenance via a ticketing system. Maintain adequate parts inventory and order items as necessary. Contract out landscaping and snow removal services. Ensure Club vehicles are suitable for transporting Club members and make necessary repairs or coordinate vehicle-related services (i.e. oil changes, repairs, updates, etc.) Execute equipment audits and record-taking policies. Coordinate with the Director of Safety on the implementation of building projects. Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols. Serve as a regular bus, shuttle, and van driver. Other duties as assigned. - PHYSICAL

Seeing (75-100%): Must be able to see well enough move about the work site and operate machinery. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Must have 20/20 vision (with or without correction). Hearing (75-100%): Must be able to hear well enough to effectively communicate with staff, members and vendors. Sitting (10-25%) : Must be able to sit for periods of time while operating Club vehicles. Standing/Walking (75-100%): Must have the ability to move about the work site. Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling (50-74%): Must be able to climb, stoop or kneel to complete routine duties.
Lifting/Pulling/Pushing:
Must be able to lift up to 40lbs. Grasping/Feeling (25-49%): Must be able to grasp and use tools and other work equipment.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the assigned duties of this position, employees will be in a variety of environments including indoors with regulated temperature. This position will also frequently be outdoors with exposure to dust, pollen, and outside temperature and weather extremes associated with the region. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate. - EQUAL
