Job Description

We are seeking an experienced facilities leader to oversee statewide facilities operations, maintenance, capital projects, compliance, vendor management, and building systems for a mission-driven organization.
Responsibilities include:
Managing multi-site facilities operations Overseeing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and preventive maintenance Leading capital projects and construction oversight Managing budgets, vendors, and contractors Ensuring OSHA, CMS, and Joint Commission compliance Supporting emergency preparedness and life safety initiatives
Requirements:
7-10+ years of facilities management leadership experience Multi-site facilities and project management experience Strong operational and compliance background Healthcare or behavioral health facilities experience preferred Bachelor's degree required
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
