Under general supervision, the Facility Assistant, Janitor, MHE is responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly Building / Facility, performs a variety of semi-skilled tasks and may assist in duties involving Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC skills, operation of various power tools, and light-to-medium related equipment. Work performed with some independence within established policies, procedures, and techniques, is subject to general or direct supervision as the work situation warrants. As part of the DSV team, Associates are expected to meet company objectives in the areas of performance, safety, and quality. Associates are expected to comply with all corporate and site-specific policies.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain offices, cubical, conference rooms, restrooms, and or any other office space clean and in orderly fashion. Prepare conference rooms with coffee, drinks, and or food (when required) Maintain Storage areas (neat and clean) Maintains cleanliness of exterior grounds (bay areas, lobby entrances, etc.,) Floors must be maintained daily to ensure cleanliness, free of dirt and debris, obstacles, and trip/slip hazards. Post hazard information signs where needed. Trash Receptacles are expected to be emptied, all warehouse and office trash receptacles daily- or as necessary.

Education and/or Experience Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). Able to operate MHE or become certified within 30 days of hire. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations Satisfactory completion of a forklift training programSKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
