Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Facilities Manager to lead our facilities maintenance team. In this vital role, you will oversee the management, maintenance, and safety of our organization's physical environment. supporting our mission to deliver high-quality care and services. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional passionate about maintaining safe and functional facilities in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Supervise and manage facilities maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of repairs and upkeep Oversee the maintenance and repair of organization's facilities, including offices, warehouses, and other locations as well as for all vehicles. Manage the Work Order processes Manage vendor relationships for facility and vehicle repairs and upkeep. Perform regular facility and vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs. Develop and manage transportation schedules, including coordinating transportation of supplies, staff, and service recipients as needed. Handle any vehicle-related issues. Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans for all vehicles and equipment. Coordinate repair and servicing of all vehicles in a timely manner. Manage Capital Improvement projects. Maintain inventory of equipment, tools, and vehicles, including parts. Ensure fleet is fully operational and that all equipment is safe for use. Prepare and manage maintenance and vehicle budgets. Track expenses related to maintenance and transportation. Identify cost-saving opportunities related to vehicle maintenance, fuel efficiency, or facility repairs. Work closely with program managers to meet transportation and facility needs in line with program activities. Promote a culture of teamwork, safety, and proactive problem-solving. Flexibility to work outside regular office hours for emergencies or scheduled repairs. Ensure privacy of participants is maintained as per HIPAA laws. Participate in the creation and or review of Facilities Operational Policies and Procedures. Train maintenance staff of a regular basis on a variety of topics. Other responsibilities assigned by Administration. Supervisory Responsibilities Supervise maintenance and groundskeeping staff. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, and individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Or Experience:
High school diploma or Equivalent Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field such as Facilities Management, Logistics, or Business Administration preferred. At least 3-5 years' experience in facilities management, transportation, or a related field. Experience in non-profit or community-based organization is a plus. Supervisory experience preferred. Ability to pass a criminal and child abuse background check. Is at least 21 years of age due to insurance requirements. Maintain current certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Non-violent crisis intervention. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project management tools. Pay:
