55 For over 25 years, National Experienced Workforce Solutions (NEW Solutions) has specialized in connecting experienced workers (ages 55+) with full-time and part-time job opportunities that support the critical missions of Federal Agencies across the United States. NEW Solutions connects experienced workers (ages 55+) with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). These experienced professionals provide administrative, scientific, and technical support to the Environmental Protection Agency through the Senior Environmental Employment (SEE) Program.

Duties:
Support facilities operations at the Helena, MT EPA Office, providing on-site customer service to meet mission support needs. Mailing and shipping ops 15% Health and Safety support, including AED, first aid kits, and Fire Extinguisher inspections 15% Facilities support and coordination, including submitting building repair requests 25% Been main Helena POC for Health and Safety, security, facility, property, conference coordination, and visitors 30% Maintain seating charts, coordinate with other agencies located in Bacchus building, other duties as assigned. 15%
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 year(s) of experience
OR HS/GED
Degree Experience required with Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Teams, MS Outlook, MS OneDrive, Adobe, Copying Machine
