Schedule:
Monday•Thursday | 6:00 AM•4:30 PM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend!) Role Overview Are you a high-energy "multitasker" who loves a workday that flies by? We are looking for a versatile Operations & Facility Support Specialist to join our team. This is a brand-new, dynamic role designed for a quick learner who enjoys variety. You will be the "gears" that keep our facility running—starting your morning with facility care, transitioning into digital logistics and shipping, and ending the day ensuring our production environment meets the highest sanitation standards.
A Typical Day Includes:
Morning Kick-off (Facility Care): You'll start the day ensuring our environment is top-notch. Responsibilities include laundry, office and breakroom cleaning, and maintaining restroom supplies. Mid-Day Logistics (Shipping & Data Entry): Transition to the office and shipping dock. You will manage small parcel shipments via UPS, which involves: Invoicing and data entry using QuickBooks . Meticulous recording of lot codes and inventory counts. Printing shipping labels and packing jars and 10lb pails. Maintaining an organized warehouse space. Afternoon High-Intensity (Sanitation & Food Safety): The final four hours are spent in the "Cook/Clean Room." You will play a vital role in our food safety program by: Cleaning and sanitizing industrial kettles and conveyor belts. Washing walls, floors, and equipment. Assisting with monthly pest control tasks (checking bait stations). What You Bring to the

Adaptability:
The ability to pivot from office data entry to heavy-duty cleaning seamlessly.
Technical Accuracy:
Strong attention to detail for recording lot codes and navigating QuickBooks.
Physical Stamina:
This is a physically demanding role. You must be able to stand for long periods and repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs .

You are a quick learner who takes pride in a "spotless" work environment and accurate shipping logs.
