Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with independent contractors by communicating client priorities and collaborating on solutions.
- Review scope-of-work documents and conduct quality inspections to retain existing accounts and support new business growth.
- Send nightly recap reports and escalate urgent issues to the Facility Services Manager.
- Handle customer complaints, new account start-ups, and special client requests.
- Enforce company policies on cleaning standards, tools, and equipment use.
