Job Description
•Hourly pay will be determined based on qualifications and experience
•Daily (Mon-Thurs) Facility operations: Oversee maintenance, safety, and compliance for interior, and exterior spaces. Work with existing maintenance and custodial staff. Be willing to work hands on with experience in construction, painting, plumbing.
Preventative Maintenance:
Schedule and perform routine upkeep to ensure equipment and systems are in good condition.
Coordination:
Work with contractors, vendor work, and ensure timely completion of projects.
Other responsibilities:
Must set up and tear down for events, must keep up with routine floor maintenance, must have basic mechanical competence, and must be willing to do physically demanding labor.
Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
