Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Residential Services to lead our residential care programs. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in managing residential facilities, particularly those serving individuals with developmental disabilities. This leadership role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and guiding a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care that promotes independence, safety, and dignity for residents. Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership for residential programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Oversee the development and implementation of individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs, ensuring they promote health, safety, and quality of life. Supervise management staff and direct care teams, fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional growth and teamwork. Ensure compliance with long-term care regulations, health policies, and disability services standards across all residential facilities. Manage operational aspects such as budgeting, financial management, staffing schedules, and resource allocation to maintain efficient facility operations. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate medication administration, nursing services, and specialized dementia or memory care interventions. Maintain documentation accuracy using tools like Microsoft Office for reports, care plans, and regulatory compliance records. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
