ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Respond as necessary to weather-related events and activities. Act as an Emergency Responder, which includes training and certification in performing first-aid, CPR, and AED operation. Must be able to work overtime as needed, remain flexible and open to possible schedule changes in order to meet business needs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (Industrial Technology accepted) plus 5 years minimum experience in a high-volume manufacturing plant, all associated equipment, and robots / automated equipment, or equivalent experience. Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software system or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint. Able to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural manuals. Write clear and legible reports and correspondence. Perform basic math operations using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Interpret written, oral, diagram, and schedule-based instructions. Monitor and maintain detailed filing systems for multiple concurrent projects. Understand local building codes and electrical distribution systems. Read and create blueprints (electrical, mechanical, plumbing). Familiar with electrical codes and safety standards. Ability to develop project schedules and budgets. Ability to work within limited or tight budget constraints. Adapt quickly to new projects and changing priorities. Demonstrate strong supervisory and team collaboration skills. Able to communicate effectively with vendors, contractors, and internal teams. Able to conduct performance reviews and manage team dynamics with patience and professionalism. Maintain high standards of quality, accountability, and ownership. Organized and methodical. Able to work other shifts as needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years'' experience in a high-volume plastics manufacturing plant, working with injection molding machines up to 2000 tons, all associated equipment, and robots / automated equipment. Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
