Electrician lead/ journeyman - Commercial

CLSC Inc. is hiring an experienced Commercial Journeyman / Lead Electrician to run crews and deliver quality commercial work. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the trade and takes ownership of the job. Responsibilities Lead and supervise commercial electrical crews Install and troubleshoot commercial electrical systems Read blueprints, plans, and specs Coordinate with project managers and other trades Ensure work is completed on time, to code, and safely Enforce jobsite safety standards Train and mentor apprentices Requirements Commercial electrical experience (lead experience preferred) Strong NEC and code knowledge Ability to read blueprints and schematics Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong leadership and communication skills What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Steady commercial work Opportunity for advancement Paid time off and holidays Benefits available company provided take-home work vehicle
