Full Job Description Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight for all facility operations. Ensure compliance with Medicaid, state licensing, accreditation, and PRTF regulations. Supervise management staff and oversee recruitment, retention, and performance management. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives. Monitor facility budgets, expenditures, and operational efficiency. Ensure a safe, therapeutic, and trauma-informed environment for youth. Collaborate with clinical staff, families, guardians, community partners, and referral sources. Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions when necessary. Ensure all staff receive required training and maintain required credentials. Participate in audits, surveys, and accreditation reviews. Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Promote Serenity Therapeutic Services' mission, values, and treatment philosophy.
Requirements:
Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Minimum five (5) years of management experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, or child welfare services. Knowledge of PRTF regulations, Medicaid requirements, and accreditation standards. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
