The Facilities Coordinator expedite the maintenance and transportation needs and desires of Cypress Members in the most expeditious and courteous manner possible.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. High School diploma is required. 2. Ability to read, write, and speak English efficiently. 3. Must demonstrate good organizational skills. 4. Proficiency with standard computer software programs (MS office, etc.) 5. Proficiency with database management software, preferably maintenance management software systems. Good data entry skills. 6. Ability to relate well to people. 7. Good listening skills. 8. Ability to lift 25 pounds and push on a wheeled cart. Ability to lift 25 pounds and carry for 15 feet. 9. Demonstrate physical dexterity in moving, bending, stooping, climbing, stretching and pulling. 10. Valid and active Driver license issued from any State with a good driving record 11. Successful completion of Cypress of Raleigh golf cart training.
