Yes Job Description Job Summary:
This position is a member of the Procure to Pay (âEURoeP2PâEUR?) team. This position is primarily responsible for providing facilities project management coordination and specialized administrative support to a team of internal project managers, construction managers, architects, engineers, interior designers, and inspectors for construction projects within Facilities, Planning and Capital Programs (âEURoeFP&CPâEUR?). Significant efforts includes contract administration and other pertinent record keeping functions, processing of construction project activities according to professional, contractual, industry, legal, State, Federal and University guidelines, policies, practices, laws, regulations, etc. FP&CP projects occur at UNO, UNL, UNK, and NCTA campuses and outstate facilities.

Required Qualifications:
Two years post-secondary coursework 3 years experience demonstrating project-related administration support, including preparation, format, proofread and delivery of quality professional correspondence. Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office and Adobe. Demonstrated attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A valid driver's license Equivalent combination of education and experience, that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree 5 years contract administration experience Knowledge of the construction industry practices Proficiency in Procore project management software, Visio and DocuSign Knowledge of State contract law Experience in higher education Certified Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA)
