Job Description
GPAC is working with a multi-location grain and agronomy company that is seeking a highly qualified Location Manager to join their team. As the Location Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful operation of the company's facility. Your responsibilities will include effectively planning and directing facility operations, ensuring that daily activities meet all standards and schedules, and overseeing a team with a focus on improving quality, safety, and cost performance. For this important role, our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of grain and agronomy industry experience, with 2 years of management or supervisory experience. A mechanical background would be highly beneficial as well. This position offers a competitive compensation range of $80K-$100K with bonus potential.
