This is a hands-on position ideal for someone eager to learn and grow within facilities and maintenance operations. The right candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to assist with a variety of facility-related tasks. This is intended to be a full-time position; however, we are open to part-time candidates currently enrolled in a trade school or vocational program. Key Responsibilities Work directly with the Facilities Manager to support operations across two facilities Assist with general building maintenance and repairs Perform entry-level plumbing, electrical, construction, and handyman-related tasks that can be handled internally Support preventative maintenance and facility upkeep projects Identify maintenance issues and communicate when outside vendors or contractors may be required Assist with office moves, furniture assembly, and facility setup projects Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas Respond to facility-related requests in a timely and professional manner Assist with seasonal maintenance tasks such as snow removal coordination, landscaping oversight, and general exterior upkeep Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines Qualifications Strong willingness to learn and take direction Positive attitude with a hands-on, team-oriented approach Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Basic knowledge or interest in plumbing, electrical, construction, or general maintenance preferred Good problem-solving and communication skills Ability to lift, carry, and move materials or equipment as needed Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required Previous facilities, maintenance, construction, or trade school experience is a plus but not required mN5meXlKaT
