If you have previous self-storage experience, enjoy working with people, and have strong sales skill, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities Include:
Renting storage units and converting inquiries into rentals Providing outstanding customer service in person and over the phone Processing rentals, payments and account transactions Maintaining accurate customer records Keeping the office clean, organized, and professional Conducting daily property walk-throughs and reporting maintenance issues Assisting with collections and delinquent accounts Helping maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming facility
Qualifications:
Previous self-storage experience preferred Self-starter who can work independently Strong sales ability with a proven ability to rent units Excellent customer service and communication skills Honest, dependable, and dedicated Organized, detail-oriented, and professional in appearance Basic computer skills and ability to multitask Must be punctual and have reliable transportation We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping customers, and is motivated to increase occupancy through exceptional service and sales.
Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
