Full Job Description Job Title:
Manager On Duty (MOD) Location(s): Hooksett, NH;
Goffstown, NH Salary:
$18/hour with potential for growth Position type: Part time with potential for seasonal full time hours ; Weekday shifts typically begin between 2 and 4pm and end between 10:15 and 11:45pm. Weekends the facility is open from 6-7am until 10pm-1am and shifts vary throughout the day.

Job Description:
•Physical requirements: o Must be able to lift up to 50lbs o Must be able to stand for extended periods of time o Must be able to utilize push/pull movements repeatedly•
Roles and Responsibilities:
o Overseeing scheduled employees o Providing excellent guest experiences and resolving guest complaints and/or issues Greeting guests while entering and exiting the field space Opening and Closing airlock doors for guests o Executing Opening and Closing procedures including the following: Outdoor and Indoor facility inspections Setting control panel for facility appropriately to reflect needs based on local weather predictions and patterns Checking control panel at periodic and necessary intervals to ensure mechanics are working correctly o Enforcing facility policies in a kind and professional manner o Management and accommodation of rentals within the facility including the following: Set up, movement, and break down of facility equipment Allowing guests into field space 15 minutes prior to the beginning of rental time and directing them to the appropriate field space Executing field transitions between guests in a timely and efficient manner Directing flow of spectator traffic to safe viewing areas Executing periodic field walk throughs to ensure a clean environment/experience for guests o Regular cleaning of lobby and bathroom areas o Shoveling and salting of sidewalks and emergency exits around facility o Regular communication with management team•
Qualifications:
o Must be 18 years or older o Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent; Some college preferred o Must have reliable transportation as all employees work at both locations o Must be available
Weekdays:
primarily afternoons and evenings, some mornings
Weekends:
all day o Must possess excellent Customer Service and Time Management skills•Preferred skills: o CPR/AED & First Aid Certification o Strong written and verbal communication skills o Ability to work with multiple personality types o Ability to work self-sufficiently, independently, and in a team environment o Interest in sports
