Facilities Coordinator -
R D Location:
Portsmouth, NH. The R D Facility Coordinator supports the smooth operation of our Process Innovation Center in Portsmouth, NH. This role plays a critical part in enabling the success of the Process Analytical Technologies (PAT) Center of Excellence by providing technical, procurement, and logistical support while ensuring the facility operates efficiently and safely.

Coordinate warehouse operations, including consumables management, ordering, and inventory systems. Support procurement, installation, and maintenance of laboratory and office equipment. Manage CAPEX activities, including documentation, vendor coordination, and project execution. Oversee facility maintenance, utilities, and infrastructure (e.g., water systems, gas supply). Coordinate shipping, waste management, and vendor services. Partner with Engineering, EHS, and Procurement teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence. Act as a key contact for site visitors and support cross-functional communication. Identify and resolve operational challenges through collaborative problem-solving.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences preferred. Advanced experience in operational or facility management environments. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and proactively solve problems. Experience collaborating across technical and operational teams. Attention to detail with a forward-thinking mindset.
