Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in maintenance and repair within a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring that all systems operate efficiently. Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues. Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment as scheduled. Assist in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, electrical components, and low voltage systems. Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate assessments of equipment performance. Operate scissor lifts safely to access elevated work areas as needed. Collaborate with senior technicians to learn best practices in maintenance and repair techniques. Document maintenance activities and report any significant findings or repairs needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Skills Basic understanding of operations and maintenance procedures. Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and documentation purposes. Aptitude towards electrical and mechanical tasks. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on detail-oriented tasks. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to maintenance work.
