full-time About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facilities. This position will be responsible for coordinating facility and equipment maintenance, managing repair requests, supporting purchasing activities, and ensuring that the warehouse and office environment remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. Key Responsibilities Monitor the daily operation and condition of warehouse facilities, equipment, and office areas. Maintain records of equipment, maintenance schedules, repair history, and service contracts. Coordinate facility-related inspections, servicing, and preventive maintenance activities. Assist with purchasing office supplies, warehouse supplies, maintenance materials, and equipment as needed. Maintain accurate facility, equipment, purchasing, and vendor documentation. Assist with warehouse administrative tasks and daily operational coordination. Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Operations, or a related field preferred. 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, facilities coordination, warehouse administration, office administration, or a related field. Experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, or logistics environment is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and vendor coordination skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Bilingual English and Mandarin is a plus.
