Full Job Description Facilities Technician Duties:
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Oversee maintenance and repair activities to ensure facilities are in optimal condition.
  • Develop and manage budgets for facility operations and capital projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support their facility needs.
  • Implement energy-saving initiatives to reduce operational costs.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in facility management or related role.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of low voltage and high voltage systems.
  • Ability to fabricate solutions for facility-related challenges.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
