Job Description

OZM Enterprises Inc, and Liberty Facilities Group are seeking a strategic, high-energy Account Manager (NAM) to serve as the primary bridge between our organization and our multi-site Facility Service clients. In this role, you aren't just managing contracts; you are a consultant and a problem-solver. You will ensure that our facility services—ranging from Exterior services (snow removal, landscaping) to Interior services (HVAC and janitorial to electrical and preventative maintenance) are delivered seamlessly across the country. Your goal is to drive client satisfaction, ensure operational excellence, and identify opportunities for organic growth within your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Relationship Management:
Act as the single point of contact for clients. Build deep, multi-level relationships to understand their business goals and facility needs.
Operational Oversight:
Partner with regional and local operations teams to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded at every location.
Financial Stewardship:
Track budget vs. actuals, oversee billing accuracy, and manage annual price escalations or contract renewals.
Business Growth:
Identify "white space" opportunities to upsell additional service lines or expand the footprint within existing accounts.
Performance Reporting:
Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs). Use data-driven insights to show value, highlight cost-savings, and recommend lifecycle improvements.
Conflict Resolution:
Act as the "escorted escalation" point for any service failures, ensuring rapid recovery and long-term corrective action.
Procurement Expertise:
Proven experience in vendor lifecycle management and contract negotiation.
Ability to work on call:
During snow storms have the ability to work on call in rotation. Qualifications & Skills Requirement Description Experience 2+ years in Account Management or Multi-site Facilities Management. Industry Knowledge Strong understanding of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), trades (Exterior Services, Interior Services) and CMMS software.
