Job Description
Our client, the U.S.'s largest commercial real estate services firm, is seeking a Facilities Specialist to support the day-to-day workplace operations of a corporate office in Princeton, NJ . This is a 2-week contract opportunity is ideal for an experienced facilities or workplace professional who enjoys managing vendor relationships, coordinating office services, and creating a positive employee experience. The successful candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple operational priorities independently. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. Responsibilities Coordinate daily workplace operations to ensure a positive employee experience. Manage vendor relationships and coordinate vendor services. Oversee mailroom operations, including incoming and outgoing mail. Coordinate meetings, events, and office activities. Manage conference room scheduling, setup, and readiness. Create, monitor, and coordinate work orders to ensure timely completion. Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for workplace-related requests. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to resolve facility issues. Maintain accurate records and communicate updates using Microsoft Office applications. Support general office and facilities operations as needed. Must Have Skills 2-4 years of facilities, workplace, office operations, or related experience. Experience with vendor management. Experience supporting mailroom operations. Experience coordinating meetings or events. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong computer skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. High School Diploma or GED. Nice to Have Skills Bilingual in English and Spanish. Experience supporting corporate workplace environments.
