Facilities Supervisor

A growing international manufacturing business is looking to appoint an experienced Facilities Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, upkeep, and day-to-day operation of its production and office facilities. This is a varied, hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, responsible for ensuring the site remains safe, compliant, efficient, and well-maintained at all times. You'll work closely with the Maintenance Manager while supervising facility-related activities across the site, coordinating contractors, supporting compliance, and driving high operational standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate general facilities maintenance activities across the site, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, utilities, and building upkeep Conduct daily inspections of buildings, offices, grounds, lighting, common areas, and infrastructure to identify maintenance issues and safety concerns Coordinate and carry out repairs to facility systems, equipment, and site infrastructure Maintain and execute preventative maintenance schedules to support operational reliability and minimise downtime Troubleshoot HVAC and infrastructure systems including compressors, chillers, and related equipment Support fire safety compliance and coordinate inspections and maintenance of fire protection systems Manage vendor and contractor relationships to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to standard Oversee waste management, recycling, and environmental initiatives across the site Support capital improvement and site upgrade projects Maintain accurate maintenance records, service documentation, and compliance reporting Ensure site standards align with hygiene, safety, and operational compliance requirements Coordinate company vehicle servicing and maintenance schedules Support continuous improvement initiatives relating to energy efficiency, sustainability, and facility performance About You We're looking for someone with a practical, proactive approach and strong facilities or industrial maintenance experience.

You will ideally have:
