A Facilities Manager manages the facilities of a company or organization, including buildings and grounds, equipment, supplies and staff. Oversees maintenance and security of facilities; oversees renovation projects and monitors work to improve energy efficiency, productivity or employee safety. May work in manufacturing and production, or manage hotels, small apartment buildings, trailer parks or recreational facilities.

Job Description
- Scope of Work
- Except for Government-Furnished Property (GFP), the Contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, management, equipment, materials, transportation, and supplies required to plan, schedule, coordinate, and ensure effective performance of all services necessary to provide facility operational support services for FLETC, Artesia.
- Responsibilities
- + Serve as the on-site Project Manager responsible for overall contract performance.
- Qualifications
- + 5-10 years of experience managing a multi-functional O&M contract.
Preferred Qualifications:
- + Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. + Experience supporting facility operations within a federal environment.
