Job Description

Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here We are seeking a highly experienced Facility Manager to support a secure USAF operational environment. This is a mission-critical role requiring strong leadership, discretion, and deep familiarity with classified facility operations.
Benefits and Compensation:
Salary range: $145,000 - $200,000 annually Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and federal holidays Stable Monday-Friday schedule (0730-1630) with limited weekend requirements (~6 per year) Opportunity to support high-impact national defense programs Professional development and training exposure within secure environments Long-term contract stability
Requirements & Qualifications:
Active Top Secret//SCI clearance with Special Access Program (SAP/SAR) eligibility Minimum 5 years of military experience At least 3 years of DoD security program experience (SCIF knowledge strongly preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Clean professional record with no adverse administrative, judicial, or criminal history within the past 5 years No history of termination, denied reenlistment, or discharge under other than honorable conditions Ability to comply with DD Form 254 security requirements and maintain strict confidentiality
Must Haves:
Oversee day-to-day operations of a classified facility, ensuring compliance with
SCIF/SAP
protocols Coordinate and enforce physical security standards, access control procedures, and classified material handling Interface with government stakeholders to ensure adherence to evolving security directives and mission requirements Conduct internal audits and inspections to identify and remediate potential security vulnerabilities Manage facility readiness for inspections, certifications, and operational continuity Maintain detailed documentation and reporting aligned with federal compliance standards
Preferred Background & Skills:
Prior experience managing SCIF environments or SAP facilities Strong understanding of DoD security regulations and classified program support Experience working directly with USAF or other military branches Ability to operate independently in high-trust, low-oversight environments Strong organizational and communication skills when coordinating across multiple stakeholders Experience supporting mission-critical or intelligence-driven operations
