River City Petroleum is seeking a dependable, hands-on Fuel Site Facility Supervisor to oversee the appearance, maintenance, and general upkeep of our fuel sites. This position is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, takes pride in keeping facilities clean and well maintained, and can identify and address maintenance issues before they become larger problems. Responsibilities Perform routine fuel dispenser maintenance, including changing nozzles, hoses, and filters Perform general maintenance and minor repairs on fuel dispensers and card readers Identify equipment or facility issues and coordinate with outside vendors when professional repairs are required Schedule vendors and follow up to ensure repairs are completed properly and timely Paint and maintain bollards, curbs, equipment, and other site fixtures Remove graffiti and maintain the overall appearance of each location Keep fuel dispensers clean and free of dirt, grease, and fuel buildup Trim and maintain landscaping Keep fuel islands and surrounding areas swept and free of trash and debris Power wash fuel islands and other areas as needed Inspect sites regularly and report maintenance, safety, or equipment concerns Maintain basic records of repairs, maintenance, and vendor work performed Complete required monthly Underground Storage Tank inspections Qualifications Mechanically inclined with the ability to perform basic maintenance and repairs Comfortable working around fuel dispensing equipment Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations and priorities Dependable, organized, and able to follow through on assigned work Good communication skills when working with employees, customers, and outside vendors Clean driving record required Must provide a current DMV driving record/printout Valid driver's license required Must be able to take training and pass online Underground Storage Tank certification program Must be have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Prior experience with fueling equipment, service stations, cardlock facilities, facility maintenance, or similar work is a plus Physical Requirements This is a hands-on position that requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
